Beschreibung: 2 Grundstücke mit saftiger Karoo-Landschaft (176 + 666 ha = 845 ha) nördlich von Graaff-Reinet.

Herrliche Berge und intakte Steppenlandschaft, ruhig und friedlich mit reichlich Grundwasser, Quellen und Flüssen. Seit 1930 war es hier nie trocken denn Schnee der Berge sorgt für reichlich Wasser.

Die Zäune sind in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. 20 Camps, 3 zementierte Wasserreservoirs, 8 Tröge in Wagenradformation. Die Praktiken von Hollis Tick wurden in den Farmbetrieb mit aufgenommen. Man erreicht die meisten Stellen über Farmstraßen.

In den Bergen nistet der schwarze Adler. Kudu, Mountain Reedbuck und Klipspringer durchstreifen frei das Gebiet - das Vogelleben ist vielfältig.

Der nächste Ort ist Nieu Bethesda, eine Stadt die auch bei Touristen immer beliebter wird. Besonders bekannt sind das Eulenhaus und die Innenstadt.

Die Farm ist noch nicht ans Stromnetz angeschlossen. Die Hauptleitung führt jedoch am Grundstück entlang.

Es gibt kein Farmhaus, nur eine Ruine eines alten Hauses.

Description: Two luscious portions (176 ha and 666 ha = 845 ha) of Karoo veldt lies North of Graaff-Reinet.

With exotic mountain range and well looked after veldt, peaceful and tranquil getaway with underground water in abundance, fountains and rivers that have never been dry since the early 1930. The mountains catch snow most years and the fountains get fed by the melting snow.

Fencing infrastructure is in excellent condition. 20 Camps, 3 cement reservoirs, 8 troughs in wagon wheel formation. Hollis Tick farming practises have been implemented on the farm. Most points are accessible by internal farm roads.

A Black Eagle has nested in the mountain. This piece of beauty has Kudu, Mountain Reedbuck and Klipspringers roaming freely and many different bird species.

Nieu Bethesda is the nearest town, and is a very popular tourist attraction because of the Owl House and the Village like scenery.

There is no electricity. Eskom electricity can be installed from the line passing the farm.

There is no homestead, only the ruin of an earlier home.
