A fully equipped open-plan kitchen greets you when you enter the house with a dining area that is flexible enough to be taken outside on one of its three decks to indulge in mesmerizing views and delicious meals.

It has an informal lounge that has a stereo, ADSL internet connection, Satellite TV and a deep-seat, luxury sofa.
The Chill-out area is a comfy-lounge with scattered, Arabian cushions, candles and incense on low tables. This area is an internal deck that overlooks the entrance space and delicately defines the sculptural profile of the roof that resembles a wing of a bird. So light does this structure seems, it almost feels like the roof wants to take off!

ENTERTAINMENT

It’s perfect to host parties, small get-togethers or just small events with three decks, small balconies, open spaces, modern utilities and facilities. Bearing in mind that it is situated in a residential area, guests are strictly advised to adhere to the noise restrictions.

BEDROOMS

Situated on the middle level in a circular space, the bedrooms are situated in an area of solitude with a security keypad for each door.

Lobster House has six en-suite bedrooms with Satellite television and a stereo, telephone, and a day sofa bed. Each room is beautifully and tastefully decorated with timber floorboards and custom-made furniture, which give a homely feel with a full set of plugs, internet connections that can satisfy each guest.
The bathrooms are enclosed in frosted-glass sliding doors which can either be closed for privacy or be fully slid back.

OUTSIDE AREA

Lobster House is surrounded by an urban oasis of landscaped lawns, natural rock formations and an evergreen, tranquil garden that exude positive energies.

The colossal pool is any swimming lover’s dream with its panoramic views, is over ten meters long and its depth reaches just over three meters.
